A Return to What Actually Feels Good
Great Life is a multifaceted wellness program built around the things that genuinely restore you: creating things with your hands, moving your body, eating clean whole foods, spending time in nature, and stepping away from screens. Not as a trend. As a way of living. We design experiences around all of it, for individuals, couples, families, groups, and corporate teams throughout the Chicagoland area and beyond.

Make or Scroll?
Join the movement. Creative sidequests, community experiences, public art & merch designed for wellbeing. Put the screens down and make something.
The Make or Scroll? Movement
We are overstimulated, exhausted, and losing ourselves to screens. Make or Scroll? is a movement calling people back to what actually feels good: making things with your hands.
Join the list for merch drops, events, and public art projects.

People stay where they feel connected. Connection happens fastest when they create together. A WHO review of 3,000+ studies confirmed it. Nature amplifies it. Cortisol drops, focus restores, and trust builds faster than any team-building exercise you've tried before.
Great Life designs and facilitates everything. You tell us about your team and your goals. We build the experience around that. Custom corporate team building, company retreats, and private events throughout the Chicagoland area and beyond.
If you're looking for a paint and sip, we'll do you one better.
Create Together
Get Away
A full day or a full weekend away from screens, out in nature, making things, eating good food, and actually disconnecting. Great Life retreats are part art workshop, part outdoor adventure, part summer camp for grown-ups. No experience required. Just show up.
Day Retreat
A full day of nature observation, artmaking, and fresh air in a local forest preserve. Pack light; we bring the supplies. A great entry point if you're new to retreating.
You're on the list! We'll reach out to {{ retreats[0].form.email }} with details.
Guided Camp Out
You arrive to a campsite that's already set up and ready. We guide you through the whole experience — from hiking and nature observation to cooking gourmet meals over a fire. A biophilic art workshop is woven into the weekend. Saturday night is stargazing, good conversation, and zero obligations. Sunday is slow. Morning coffee, one more walk, and you head home feeling like a different person. Art supplies and all meals included. New to camping or just want to do it better? No experience needed. We'll send a suggested pack list, or rent gear from us if you'd rather not haul anything.
You're on the list! We'll reach out to {{ retreats[1].form.email }} with details.
Farm Retreat
A multi-day creative retreat hosted on a working farm in the Midwest. Put the phone down and spend a few days making art, walking land, eating real food, and remembering who you are when no one is watching. Designed for artists, creatives, and anyone who feels like they've lost the thread. Swimming, open studio time, farm meals, and nights around a fire. You don't have to have it figured out to come. That's the point.
You're on the list! We'll reach out to {{ retreats[2].form.email }} with details.
Custom Art & Installations
Great Life creates custom biophilic artwork and installations for homes, offices, and shared spaces. Organic forms, living textures, wood, stone, and botanical imagery that make a space feel less like a box and more like somewhere you actually want to be.
Research shows nature within your field of vision reduces stress by up to 37%, increases creativity by 15%, and accelerates recovery from mental fatigue within minutes. Workers in biophilic environments are six times more likely to feel inspired and innovative.
Every piece is designed around your space and your people. Commission a single statement work or a full environmental installation.
Fawn's biophilic design sculptures are currently on display in the atrium at Friendship Park Conservatory, Mt. Prospect Park District, Mt. Prospect, IL.

Our Story
Luke and Fawn came together and decided they wanted to live better. To get healthy, step into their true selves, and fully embody what it means to be human. Because at the core, humans are creators. We are wired to make things. And somewhere along the way, most of us lost that.
We found our way back through clean whole foods, somatic movement and fascia release, time in nature, and creating art as a means of personal expression. Great Life grew out of that journey. It is our way of sharing what we found with anyone who needs it.
Art, movement, food, and nature-based experiences for people of all walks of life. Kids, families, couples, corporate teams, and those just looking for real community. You do not have to have it figured out. That is the whole point.
