Corporate & Workplace Wellness

Your team is still showing up.
They just stopped being present.

Great Life brings science-backed, hands-on workshops directly into your workplace. We target the physical, emotional, and cognitive roots of burnout at the same time. Your team leaves with tools they can actually use.

Burnout is not a wellness problem.
It is an operational one.

When employees run on chronic stress, the costs show up in your financials, not just your culture survey. Traditional workplace wellness programs (apps, gym discounts, pizza parties) fail because they treat burnout as a personal flaw rather than a physiological state. You cannot perk your way out of a dysregulated nervous system.

Your team is not unmotivated. They are dysregulated.

Chronic burnout keeps the nervous system locked in fight-or-flight. In that state, analytical thinking drops, errors increase, and the best people quietly start planning their exit. No amount of mindfulness apps or free snacks breaks that cycle.

Fawn, co-founder of Great Life Luke, co-founder of Great Life

We built this for ourselves, and we've been called to share.

Fawn and Luke are the co-founders of Great Life. Fawn is a licensed professional educator and studio ceramicist with hands-on classroom teaching experience and a background in curriculum development. She has also led professional development for working artists, helping creatives build the business skills to represent themselves and sustain their practice. Luke has closed over seven figures in sales revenue across B2B and B2C, with a background in corporate account management and years of one-on-one mindset and lifestyle mentorship. Together they bring a rare combination: the licensed educator who can hold a room and the sales professional who understands what companies actually need.

There was a season where everything felt stuck. They made a decision to stop waiting for things to change and start building, using every tool they now teach.

One root cause. Three ways in.

Burnout is a dysregulated nervous system. That is the root. Everything we do in a Great Life session addresses it directly, through three methods that work better together than any one of them does alone.

01

Somatic Practice

Breathwork, body-based movement, and other somatic tools that physically shift the nervous system out of chronic stress and into a regulated, present state. This is where the body gets to catch up with everything the mind has been carrying.

Research in psychophysiology shows breathwork and somatic practices can shift the nervous system toward a calmer, more focused state, supporting clearer thinking and reduced stress response. (Harvard Health; American Psychological Association)

02

Therapeutic Art-Making

Process-focused creative sessions using a range of mediums, chosen for the group and the moment. The making is the point, not the outcome. No skill required.

A 2016 study in the Journal of the American Art Therapy Association found that 45 minutes of creative activity significantly reduced cortisol levels regardless of prior experience or skill level.

03

Mindset Intervention

We work directly with self-limiting beliefs: the stories employees tell themselves about their worth, capacity, and what they deserve. We surface and rewrite the thought patterns that keep people stuck in overwork and burnout cycles.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy research consistently links rigid, productivity-based self-beliefs to burnout and anxiety. Identifying and shifting those beliefs is associated with improved resilience and long-term wellbeing. (Beck Institute; National Institutes of Health)

Choose the level that fits your team.

We come to you, so there are no off-site logistics. Pricing is based on group size and frequency. Call us and we will build the right package for your team.

The Reset

Includes

  • Somatic practice: breathwork, movement, and vagus nerve tools
  • Therapeutic art-making: each participant creates and keeps their own piece
  • Mindset intervention: self-limiting beliefs, what is holding your team back
  • A guided workbook each participant keeps
The Collective

Everything in The Reset and The Restore, plus

  • Each participant contributes a piece to one shared collaborative artwork
  • Great Life assembles the finished piece in their studio and returns it to your workplace for display and installation
  • A permanent visual anchor: a daily reminder of the mindset shift your team made

The Cycle: Recurring Sessions

Real change happens in cycles. We structure ongoing programs in 3-week and 3-month increments, designed to build on each session and compound the impact over time. Custom pricing based on team size and cadence.

The work does not have to stop at the workshop.

Some people come through a team session and want to keep going. Others find us on their own. Either way, we work with individuals one-on-one for ongoing mindset mentorship, nervous system work, and the kind of personal accountability that does not fit inside a group session.

If that sounds like you, reach out. We will figure out together what makes sense.

Common questions

Team-building treats the symptoms. We work on the root cause: a dysregulated nervous system and the self-limiting beliefs that make stress chronic. Your team leaves with tools they can actually use the next day. Not a memory of a trust fall.

No. The creative practice is a tool, not a talent show. It works regardless of skill level. That is actually the point. We have never had a group where someone could not participate.

Sessions start at two hours. Longer and recurring formats are available depending on your team's goals and how deep you want to go.

Yes. We come to your location: your conference room, your office, wherever your team already is. No travel or logistics required on your end.

We work with teams of all sizes. Group size factors into the package we build for you, which is why we start with a conversation before recommending anything.

Let's talk about your team.

We keep it simple. One call, no pitch deck required. Tell us about your team and we will put together the right program for you.

Comfortable, intentional, and completely unplugged.

No screens. No meetings. Just nervous system work, creative practice, and the kind of honest conversation that only happens when you truly step away.
